How It Works

■  Schools provide students with a photo ID smart card from InstaPayment.

■  Student ID smart cards can be used at school for identification, security, purchase of meals, purchases at student store, library checkout and school events. Local merchant retail purchasing will soon become available.

■  Under the My Account section of this website, parents can transfer funds to the student’s card, review student’s spending and eating habits, place spending limits and control where funds are spent.

■  Under My Account, parents can opt-in to include their phone number and Email for school emergency broadcasts. Using InstaPayment's advanced software, school officials can instantly and simultaneously send a broadcast message to all parents in the event of a school emergency.

■  Parents can include as much information as desired to be included within the highly secure and encrypted smart card for view by school administrators only. This could include parental contact information, student’s doctor and hospital preferences, allergies, medical alerts, etc. Go to My Account to easily add or edit this information.
